How do I make a booking and pay for workshops?
Please use the ‘Add to Cart’ button to book a workshop and complete the payment process, your booking will be confirmed by email with full details and directions.
I have already paid a deposit on your old website, how do I pay my outstanding balance on the new website booking system?
Please go to the item listed in the shop as "Balance Payments" and select your workshop from the ones listed and add to your cart.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
In the event of a cancellation payments are non refundable, but if the place is filled credit can be given for use in future workshops.
What if Needle and Thread has to postpone or cancel a class?
PLEASE NOTE : A minimum number of participants required for any workshop to go ahead. Occasionally we may have to postpone a class, if a class is undersubscribed or for some other unavoidable circumstance. We will always try to give you 48hrs notice, and an offer of an alternative date or a full refund will be made. We will not be liable for other costs or expenses that you may incur.
What do I need to bring to my workshop?
For almost all of our workshops all tools and equipment are provided, you simply have to bring yourself! If you are required to bring anything with you it will be clearly detailed in the workshop description.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
We try our best to cater for those with special dietary requirements however food is prepared in a kitchen where gluten and other ingredients are used and we cannot guarantee that food allergens will not to transferred through cross-contact. If you have a severe intolerance allergy or are coeliac you may wish to bring along your own lunch.
Do you cater for Groups or private parties?
Yes, the Needle and Thread Studio is available for groups and private parties! A light and airy space full of inspiration we offer a variety of classes that can be tailored to your unique event.
We host birthday parties, children’s parties, hen parties, baby showers and more! Groups of up to 15 welcome. Bookings for private parties require a non refundable deposit of 50%. The balance of payment must be made 7 days before the workshop. Catering is available, but please give us plenty of notice!
